What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1 to 2 days to process your order and then between 2 and 15 days to deliver it to you, depending on the country.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products may be shipped separately depending on your order and, if so, may require two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will most likely arrive shortly, but you can always contact us via social media and the information found in the "Contact Us" section.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that, send us a message on the network of your choice (our contact details are available in "Contact Us") and we will provide you with the address to which to return the product.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see its location at any time.
